The club offers has different membership levels for families, where a family is a married couple or single parent, with their children or wards under 23 years of age. The membership level and the cost to join the club for a family is determined by the age of the older spouse. Your age is how old you are on December 31 of the year that you apply for membership. When you apply, you need to pay your first year's membership dues and an initiation fee. The initiation fee is only required when you join the club, and only the first time you join the club. That is, if in the future you resign your membership, you can rejoin the club at a later date without paying any initiation fee.

The family membership levels are:

• Age 23-27: Young Family Membership. Annual membership dues is $588 and the initiation fee is $500.
  
  
• Age 28-34: Family Membership. Annual membership dues is $980 and the initiation fee is $1000. As an option, you can pay your initiation fee in two installments.
  
  
• Age 35 and up: Family Membership. Annual membership dues is $980 and the initiation fee is $2000. As an option, you can pay your initiation fee in two installments.
  

Persons who are part of a family membership can attend the club's monthly membership meeting where club business is conducted. Each family membership is granted 1 vote they can cast on motions put before the membership.
