The MC Scow is the newest fleet at MBC and has been designated as fleet 111 by the MC Scow Sailing Association (mcscow.org). The MC Scow is one of the largest and most popular one-design fleets in North America. The scow design maximizes speed yet provides unmatched stability. There are more than 100 fleets nationwide. An original design by the Melges family in 1956, it is unique in that you can sail with one or two people. Sailing solo is easy, taking a crew is fun!
