You are invited to participate in a work party this Saturday morning starting at 8:00 am to tackle some maintenance on the docks, house and yard. Coffee and pastries will be available.
Like Floats-In and Floats-Out, work parties are fun social events where new members and 1st time participants are welcome and appreciated. Useful tools you can bring include screw guns (with star bit if you have one), wrenches, hammers, pliers and screwdrivers.
Please note. One of Saturday’s tasks will be to open unassigned lockers that are locked, so if you have not yet paid for your locker for 2022 please do so asap. Contents of unassigned lockers may be discarded.
On a less welcoming topic - dog waste has again been left in the yard. This is the responsibility of the dog’s owner who should be aware of and adhering to the MBC House Rules.
• The Club is for the enjoyment of its members. All members are expected to act with respect for each other, and with concern for the preservation of the Club facilities. Members are responsible for the actions of their family and guests.
· No pets or animals are allowed in the clubhouse. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control while on Club property. Pet waste must be picked up by owners and disposed of properly.
The Facilities Committee is striving to ensure all members are aware of and comply with the House Rules in order to reinforce members’ confidence and trust that our Club is being managed for the benefit of all. Please help the Committee with your support in this matter.
