The unseasonably warm weather and good wind brought out 17 sailors for “Winter Frostbiting” today. Dan Vought continued his domination of the Winter Laser series by chalking up 4 wins in 6 races and Dave Watts jumped to the top of the N-10 leaderboard by winning 3 of the 4 races he sailed. The big […]
Congratulations to Matt Goetting on winning the 2016 Fall Laser Series! Matt finished up the series in style winning 5 of 6 races on the last day. Conditions started out with strong winds, light rain and unseasonably warm temperatures of around 60 degrees. Nice but you still didn’t want to go swimming. The ice from […]
The day started blustery but the wind died down a bit by the last races. It was chilly too. Still, 14 Lasers opted to sail today. Matt Goetting won 4 of the 6 races and Chris Henkel won the other two. For complete results, visit monmouthboatclub.org/results.

It was mostly light and variable with a couple races seeing moderate winds and temps in the 40s. Dan Vought won […]

These intrepids were rewarded with excellent sailing, a steady 5-10 kts out of the NE, and close tactical racing. John Surgey figured out the currents by race 3 and took a win. Marc Gordon also picked up […]

Students and coach battled out for the lead as Rob Grukos, Brendon […]
